Asda is helping campers out this summer, by putting a two-man model on sale for less than £10.
The tent is aimed at families who are feeling the pinch from the credit crunch and want a cheaper holiday option, according to the Press Association.
Asda is selling it for £7.93 and it is hoped it will encourage people to take up camping without having to shell out lots of cash.
In addition, the supermarket is offering airbeds for £10, a sleeping bag for £6.72 and a camping stove for £8.98.
One website, Kitapsun.com, has said that more seasoned campers will want to look for certain things when buying their new tent.
"Strong poles are critical", according to the website, with a larger tent needing a greater diameter of pole.
In addition, the number of doors in the tent is a point for consideration, with two being the optimum number, especially if many people are sleeping in there.
