Brits can 'enjoy early sun with Royan'

A major holiday firm has put forward a UK destination as an ideal place for families to enjoy a fun-filled break.

Keycamp states Royan is a perfect choice for tourists to find some early sun next summer.

The company, which was named best camping and mobile operator and most environmentally responsible small tour operator at the recent British Travel Awards, claims a trip to the seaside resort will enable a family to sample an array of activities.

As well as giving tips on the best locations, the group is also offering discounts on summer breaks for those booking camping holidays before December 19th.

Meanwhile, latest research suggests Brits are increasingly choosing to go on budget breaks.

A study by online travel agent sunshine.com found there has been a 203 per cent rise in year-on-year figures for the third-quarter in the amount of cheap deals taken.

Chris Brown, managing director of the firm, claims the results show the need for escapism during the credit crunch.ADNFCR-1431-ID-18871880-ADNFCR
