Fans of luxury caravanning should head down to the Brocklesby Fair, in Grimsby this weekend.

Second prize in the raffle at the event is the opportunity to stay in a six-berth luxury caravan, reports the Grimsby Telegraph.

The prize has been donated by Wish Upon A Star, who have offered their caravan for a week's stay for the lucky runner-up.

First prize in the raffle is a trip to Lapland, with third prize being an hour's ride in a limousine.

Claire Coulan, Brocklesby event manager, told the newspaper: "People donate some lovely things and every penny raised from the auction goes to When You Wish Upon a Star."

The raffle is already underway, ahead of the event which starts at 09:00 BST on Sunday.

Motoring enthusiasts will be treated at the event from rides in a Land Rover around the neighbouring woods, chalk quarry and sand pit.

According to the official website, the fair has increased its numbers by 180 per cent since 2003.
