Discover Leisure has offered £2.66 million to buy a Stafford based motorhome dealership.
The caravan and leisure industry retailer has made the offer to build on its motorhome sales and increase its presence in the UK market, reports SmallCapNews.
Discover has also acquired the assets relating to the European brands on sale at the Cannock dealer, which had a reported turnover in 2006 of £18.5 million.
Trevor Parker, chief executive of Discover, told the website: "This infill acquisition in the Midlands is in line with our longer term strategy of being the market leader in all of the UK's main market areas and it brings the additional benefit of being earnings enhancing in the first full year of ownership."
Discover has acquired the five acre leasehold site on which the business sits, in the deal with the Brownhills group.
The Discover group currently has 15 sites throughout England and Wales, claiming it provides "unrivalled coverage throughout the country".
